Facade Study, Pittsburgh, PA
This design study for an existing outdoor shopping malls on a sloped-site, proposed a repetitive design themes of varying bays, to breakup the length of the facade, allowing leveled entrances to create opportunities for smaller and larger storefronts, within the given context.
Cancer Treatment Center, Albuquerque, NM
The design challenge of this 30,000 square foot single story outpatient cancer treatment center was to resolve the structural system by maximizing the economy of use offered by a box and balancing other programmatic requirements on the facade, through the use of add-on massing elements at various heights and lengths to breakup the monotony of a boxy design.
